Cloud Tshirt Shipping Policy 

1. Processing Time
All Cloud Tshirt orders are processed within 2–5 business days. This includes production time through Printify Choice.

2. Domestic Shipping (USA)

Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and shipping method.

3. International Shipping

Standard International: 10–30 business days (depending on destination)

Customs, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Printify Choice
Your order will be fulfilled by the best Printify Choice provider based on location, stock, and speed, ensuring consistent quality and faster delivery.

5. Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us at karim@cloudtshirt.com with your order number. We’ll help resolve the issue promptly.

6. Tracking
All orders include tracking information once shipped. You’ll receive an email with the tracking link.

7. Note on Delays
While we work with reliable providers, international shipping can experience delays due to customs, holidays, or global events.
